In 1979, when I designed my first garment I knew then that I wanted to produce only one-of-a-kind originals. Today that mind set still stands strong. When I sit down in front of a sewing machine, the anticipation of creating a garment style fills me with excitement and a thirst for completion, to see if my design lives up to the finished garment.
